How to start Contortion

Once you have your bridge with straight arms, you are eligible for contortion classes.  Congrats!


Students are required to take Deep Stretch as a warm up prior to each contortion class

Contortion classes:

Contortion Skills - Friday at 830pm EST

Contortion Sequences - Sunday at 4pm EST

Hello, Welcome!

If you’re new to this training space and are wondering what class to try first, I recommend starting with active flex, handstands, or deep stretch.

These classes are designed to help you

  • Expand active range of motion.

  • Strengthen base range, mid range, and end range.

  • Develop comfort inverting & level up your handbalancing

  • Build a strong warm up for backbends
